BluPaws is a pet healthcare and grooming platform designed to bridge the gap between pet parents and service providers.
This project was also personally meaningful. Having taken care of a cat in the past, I experienced firsthand how fragmented and reactive pet care can feel. This shaped my approach to designing a system that is more structured, proactive, and easier to navigate.

Problem statement
Pet healthcare workflows are inefficient for both pet parents and providers due to fragmented systems, high cognitive load, and lack of structured information.
Key Issues
Service selection is overwhelming and requires users to make too many decisions
Medical history is difficult to track and lacks continuity across visits
Providers struggle with managing visits, approvals, and documentation efficiently
Communication between pet parents and providers is inconsistent and reactive
